I wasn't too specific with song choices, I just let Lem know the theme and gave him the freedom to do with it what he chose. I'm so glad because he seemed to know exactly what kind of music to play to fit the mood and theme of the occasion. He really tapped in well to the clientelle and the formality without missing any of the fun, too! He handled the announcing jobs of the evening flawlessly and from beginning to end was professional, looked elegant and helped make the event flow perfectly from beginning to end.
